OSRAM LED modules and light engines meet both optical, thermal as well as electronic requirements imposed on contemporary lighting solutions for a wide range of applications. They also offer security in terms of planning, since they comply with already known standards and facilitate innumerable opportunities for integration in light management systems. Owing to their comparatively small and flat design, they also offer a high degree of freedom in luminaire design.

MechaTronix is proud to be the official thermal partner of Osram and developed a wide range of passive and active LED coolers for the PrevaLED Core and PrevaLED Cube spot-, down- and wallmount light modules.

For vertical fixed and tiltable luminaire designs up to 50 degrees both our LED pin fin coolers and star shaped coolers can be recommended. For track light designs and applications which tilt over angles of more than 50 degrees, we suggest you to use our LED pin fin technology, which guarantees full cooling capacities under all angles.

If you need assistance during your design, just let us know. We have performed hundreds of hours of thermal validation tests on all possible combinations of the Osram LED modules with your LED coolers, and in this way established a priceless pile of thermal data.

Thermal interface pads can as well be pre-applied.
